Your access and use of this website ("Site") is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Site. If you breach any of these Terms and Conditions, your authorization to use this Site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials. The Harold & Grace Baker Centre (“the Baker Centre”) reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice. Your use of the Site is subject to the most current version of the Terms and Conditions posted on the Site at the time of such use.

All rights are reserved. The Baker Centre owns or licenses all materials and information on this Site (“Materials” and “Information”). Certain features and/or portions of this Site permit you to communicate with the Baker Centre. If you provide us with ideas, recommendations, suggestions, or other feedback (together “User Content”), you are giving the Baker Centre permission to forever use any User Content you submit on or through the Site.

Termination
